Ingredients:

 

1 glass dried green or brown lentils, flushed and drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced

2 carrots, diced
2 tablespoons curry powder (alter to taste)

1/2 teaspoon paprika
