Broiler Broiled Chicken Recipe

 

Ingredient :

 

1 entire chicken
1/2 onion (optional)
3 garlic cloves
50 gr. of butter
1/2 glass of white wine
1/2 glass of chicken broth
1 lemon
1 tablespoon Herbes de Provence
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
Olive oil
